Your infographic shows a very professional take on digitally visualizing a fairly complex subject. The information is put out in a clear and informative way without being too bunged-up. The simple but effective color coordination as well as the hierarchy of the headlines makes it easy to navigate through the graphic. If I'd improve something, I'd perhaps consider if the "Importance of each skill"-part could be simplified even further to someone who isn't familiar with the programs. All in all, hugely successful infographic, great work!
